Observed during the second weekend of December each year, the Drive-Through Nativity has become a Christmas tradition for many in the East Texas area. Now in it’s 19th year, the Drive-through Nativity has grown from just a few scenes and people to a collection of 15 scenes and over 100 participants. Scenes include a snow tunnel, Mrs. Claus’ kitchen, a toboggan hill, a winter wonderland, Santa’s office, live carolers, handbell ringers, a live New Testament market, shepherds, the Wise Men, the Nativity, Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, and many others. Over the last two years, over 5600 people experienced this wonderful event. Make plans now to be a part of this year’s celebration.
